中国污水处理在经过多年的由分散到集中的过渡之后，过度集中造成的问题也逐步凸显。也许，正如一些专家所指出的，在污水处理方式集中与分散选择的问题上，我们应该多些思考，而不是盲目地采用集中处理方式。 ho6hjhS|u

Technologyof the 21st century makes the proper treatment to the degree that thedischarge is "swimming pool quality water." This type of treatmentpermits discharge into extremely sensitive bodies of water such as theRideau River, with an improvement to the receiving watercourse.Why then does Ottawa still add to the burden of an overloadedRobert O.
